Round 3 · Residents model

The proposal card

The resident proposes variant + cast from the brief, the customer’s roster and the project’s readiness — “I would run Revise‑full on Act 1, me drafting, Wren on hunks — go?” The human confirms in Keystack chat — 4P never approves there — but 4P renders this card: shape silhouette, cast, depth, the four‑verdict readiness strip, and the brief. This card is the contract for the run, and the same card is what a teammate lands on when they arrive from the link (see Arrival →).

Busy is not missing

Look at the first card’s Editor row above: Wren is mid‑run on a different flow (this pack’s Arrival page shows it live), so that DRAFT proposal shows “busy elsewhere” — and is still castable. It queues at the Editor step until the seat frees rather than blocking, the same room semantics overnight mode already relies on. Compare that to REVISE/TRANSFORM below: those seats are not busy, they simply do not exist on this roster — a genuinely different fact, rendered differently on purpose.
